Fresh Arctic Char
Fresh Arctic Char is available for a short six-week period in the late summer/early fall. These searun fish are harvested starting in late July while they are feeding in the sea, to early September as they return to the local waters to overwinter. During the harvest, certain whole fish are packed on ice and shipped out fresh.
